4-9 copies: 35% discount. Free in store. Sale or return.
10 or more copies: 40% discount. Free in store. Sale or return.
NB: Kardoorair Press reserves the right to revise discounts and recommended retail prices at any time.

payment / credit
Credit terms are
strictly net 30
days from date of invoice. Should the customer default in payment due
then all
such monies shall immediately become due and payable within 7 days or
Kardoorair Press will be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 2%
flat per
month until the date of actual payment. Customer agrees to reimburse
Kardoorair
Press the costs of recovering such monies. Ownership of the goods shall
not
pass to the customer until the customer pays Kardoorair Press in full
for the
goods.
2. delivery
Free Into Store (FIS) within Australia for 4 or more books unless an alteration to Kardoorair Press’s normal shipping method is approved.
3. returns
The stock must be held for a minimum of three months and returned within six months from the original date of invoice. All returns must be authorised by contacting Kardoorair Press. The return consignment must:
bear the Kardoorair Press returns label
be returned within 21 days of the authorisation
be sent to Kardoorair Press’s office and freight paid by the customer
arrive in mint condition, bearing no form of in-store pricing.
4. misbound,
faulty or damaged books
Claims for misbound, faulty or damaged books must be made within 14 days of date of invoice. Kardoorair Press to pay return freight for misbound, faulty or damaged books.
5 overseas postage-freight
Overseas freight
is free for more than 4 books.
We have found that the most cost
effective and
reliable means of delivery is through Australia Post. Depending on your
location, this generally takes 2-7 working days.
